In order to do so, you must: Sit in a snecilla position. Keep the spine straight and the shoulders low. With your right thumb closes the right nostril, the rest of the fingers are pointing up. Inhale through the left nostril. Close the left nostril with the little finger of the same hand and exhale all the air through the right nostril. Inhale through the right nostril. Close it with the right thumb and exhale through the left nostril. Inhale again with the left nostril and continue with this exercise for at least 2 or 3 minutes. This exercise helps balance the two hemispheres of the brain and is good for combating anxiety.
