After inhaling, pausing and exhaling very slowly through the nose, the stomach will deflate and the back will be free of tension. After a few seconds, repeat until you reach 10 breaths, when we finish with the exercises, continue with the eyes closed and breathe in a normal way for 1 minute until we reach the normal rhythm.
