Supermodels. Fashion Documentary 1995Catwalk with best models in the world in 1995. Documentary moments in fashion life. Lets get view on supermodels of the 90th. A camera follows model Christy Turlington through the spring fashion shows in Milan, Paris, and New York one year in the early 1990s. Extended footage looks at Versace and Armani in Milan, Galliano, Gaultier, and Lagerfeld in Paris, and Isaac Mizrahi in New York. With Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, and Turlington… The Supermodels (with a capital S) of the '90s were pretty much as close to superheroes as we've come. These girls were celebrities in their own right, hosting tv shows, owning restaurants (Who can forget Fashion Cafe?), appearing in music videos—like the legendary "Freedom '90" by George Michael—and killing it on the catwalk. While we have Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner to obsess over, modern-day supermodels can credit much of their careers and their celebrity to the Big 6. Nearly three decades later, their impact on fashion and beauty can still be felt, and a few of them are even parents to supermodels of their own. Here's the women who ruled the runway in the '90s. Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Stephanie Seymour, Helena Christensen, Claudia Schiffer,Christy Turlington, Tyra Banks, Kristen McMenamy, Eva Herzigová, Cindy Crawford, Shalom Harlow, Karen Mulder, Carla Bruni, Tatjana Patitz... How Not to be BoringNo one is ever boring: we just seem boring when we haven’t learnt the surprisingly easy art of being honest about our vulnerabilities. But the good news, and a fundamental truth too, is that no one is ever truly boring. They are only in danger of coming across as such when they either fail to understand their deeper selves or don’t dare (or know how) to communicate them to others. …” You can read more on this and other topics on our blog TheBookofLife.org at this link: https://goo.gl/Fa2hve MORE SCHOOL OF LIFE Our website has classes, articles and products to help you think and grow: https://goo.gl/pHXZXq Watch more films on SELF in our playlist: http://bit.ly/TSOLself Do you speak a different language to English?
