Look no further and get inspired to create your own training by choosing 10 of the 38 exercises. If you are a beginner do every of the 10 chosen exercises for 30 sec. each. Then take a break for 90 sec. and do those 10 exercises 1 or 2 times over again. If you are more experienced, choose 15 exercises and do every exercise 45-60 sec. and do the whole workout 2 or 3 times. Make shure you pick different exercises each time you workout.
