Most of us have probably put into place Power of Attorney documentation but have you put a plan in place that details of what you want to happen after your death ? Recently, my friend Leanne from Cresting the Hill asked some bloggers to write a short eulogy of how we wanted to be remembered. I found writing about myself difficult but eventually came up with something I was happy with and keeping within the 4 sentence challenge. It reminded me that having an End of Life Plan in place including what happens to us after we die, is important, especially if we have defined ideas of how we want to handle the inevitable.
