What is Sales Target?Welcome to Pipeliner CRM Mobile Application Training! In the series of videos for sales professionals, we are going to have a look at some of the valuable pointers about Sales Target. Also, we are going to discuss which sales operations are necessary to hover over the crucial prospects of sales-related activities. Many IT professionals describe sales target as a goal set for a salesperson or sales department measured in revenue or units sold for a specific time. The best part of these IT management tasks is all about to keep you your sales team focused on achieving your goals. If we as an individual have to recall the sales task, then we can say that it is a perfect sales tool that enables you to measure and estimate your opportunity contribution easily.” 5 Essential Sales Target Types: • Unweighted Sales Target The unweighted target is the sum of all opportunity values in the pipeline but is an inaccurate view of the actual business coming in. It does not take into consideration any potential deals that is lost during the process. • Weighted Sales Target The dynamic target calculating the weighted value, i.e. the sum of all opportunities values according to the position in the sales pipeline, it’s sales step probability of closure and the target date period definition. It’s the most objective target that takes into consideration the opportunities you lost during the process. • Ranked Sales Target This is a personal-based target, and it’s related to the individual sales rep preferences and experiences with the customer. The ranked target is the estimate of each sales rep as to their chances of winning a specific opportunity. • Balanced Sales Target This is the most conservative target type. A target calculating equivalent value i.e. the sum of all opportunities values according to the position in the sales pipeline, to the subjective ranking of the opportunity itself and the target date period definition. It does take into consideration the lost opportunities and your sales reps individual preference toward the deals. This is the target you should be focusing on. • Real Target or Revenue Or achieved target i.e., target calculating the real value i.e., the sum of all won opportunity values within a given target range. This is actually the revenue your sales team achieved over a specific time. How to Efficiently Track Sales Targets Sales targets let you effectively track your sales pipeline opportunities through many different conditions. However, at the beginning, you need to set your sales goal. One thing is to understand the “weight” of your pipeline and the second one is to achieve your goal target. Winning Lost Deals from the ArchiveWelcome to Pipeliner CRM Mobile Application Training! This particular video content talk all about how IT and sales professional can hassle-free manage to look after working on lost deals with achieving in Pipeliner CRM. There is no denying that today many of the sales professionals are observing better prospects to manage the sales operation while dealing with sales leads, sales opportunities, and sales account management. With many of the traditional CRM going online, Pipeliner is seen as better online partner to manage different sales operations. In this video, the management of lost deals with Archive is explained in a better manner. The Pipeliner CRM software tells you to consider a missed opportunity, where there are many cases to see that prospect didn’t want to continue because the product lacked specific features. The better way to deal with it is to Archive it with lost reason to get into the process of activation and reactivation. There is no denying that an Archive is a place where your lost sales deals are saved, entirely frozen in the sales step in which they were lost with no changes allowed. Now, the most obvious benefit is that you don’t have to repeatedly fill all those fields again once the deal is alive, because all the information is stored there. But there is much more. Imagine that you now developed the feature it lacked before. You filter out only opportunities with “Lack of Feature” as a lost reason, and make a report with only names and emails. The next solution here is to Export the lost deals in CSV format, and here you go. With this, you now have a list of people you can email about the new feature that the product lacked before-- and maybe upsell them. Next, import it into your emailing software and use embed forms in those emails with free Pipeliner Google Add on. Your responses will be automatically turned into leads in Pipeliner--for example, in the marketing pipeline to be nurtured. The acquisition cost of every lost customer and every lost deal is money out the window. Pipeliner Archive helps by informing you of what actions to take to minimize or prevent those losses. Save these settings in Archive as a profile, and share the profile with reps so that they can do the same with their prospects. Storing information about lost deals enables you to look up pipeline drop-off rates, and adjust stage weighting accordingly. Repeating this kind of evaluation quarterly will significantly improve your forecasts, and weighted target predictions will be much more accurate and will give you more time to adjust the rudder and avoid sales storms. On the other side, if you happen to notice that there is a higher-than-average number of opportunities in a particular stage, there is probably something wrong with the sales cycle at that point. You can refer to documents from that stage, or take a look at how that stage is approached. And lastly, you can look up Top Lost Reasons, and use them for training your sales force to be better prepared for objections of some type. So, all in all, Archive helps you work out specific and exact reasons for lost deals, be prepared for the future with more accurate forecasting, and train your reps for specific loss cases that hurt you most. Business Card Scanner for Pipeliner CRM Mobile ApplicationWelcome to Pipeliner CRM Mobile Application Training! Let’s add a new contact in the pipeliner by utilizing the business card scanner. From the ‘contacts’ menu; click on the plus sign. At this point, select the business card scanner. You will only have this option if the business card scanner was part of your contact with the pipeliner. Line up your business card within the lines as shown in the video. Take a picture of your business card. If you think it is a pretty good picture, go ahead and click on confirm. The pipeline will take the contact information from the business card and add it to your Pipeliner. You will notice it bounds the title. Go down to the navigator menu, you will notice that the unweighted target is set but we can change that too. Go to the double gears in the upper right and let’s say if you wanted to set a quota for an individual. Filter for that particular person and then go to the target tab. In a target tab, decide what period of time that quota must be met. For instant, if you choose the current month, click on save and it’s done. Know All the Details Related To Leads in Pipeliner CRM ApplicationWelcome to Pipeliner CRM Mobile Application Training! Let’s begin where most of the sales start and that is with the lead. In the lead view, you have three main areas; there is the list of your leads in the left; in the middle, you have a compact view with all the details such as time in the queue associated with accounts and contacts and more. The third penal on the right shows messages related to the lead plus you can add activities, documents, and notes. At the top left of the screen, you can see buttons for creating a new lead, assigning ownership, exporting, creating reports and achieving. In the accounts view, you will immediately notice that the navigation is the same as for leads. You will find the account list on the left, account details in the middle, messages on the right plus buttons to create activities, new leads, new opportunities, new contacts and more. In the contacts view, you will see the same uniform layout and navigation as accounts and leads. Coming to opportunities, which is where your active sales opportunities live. In the video, you can see the pipeline view with your sales process; laid out from left to right. You can easily customize this also and you can create more than one pipeline or process easily. You can also move opportunities from stage to stage using 'drag and drop option'. In the last stage, you can see all the important targets where you can set and track your revenue goal for a particular period. Learn more about the COG icon by going through the video. There are multiple ways for viewing your opportunities; there is a bubble chart view, compact view, even list view.
