They are a 7 tone sequence of special electromagnetic frequencies. They were originally used in Gregorian chants many hundreds of years ago, and recently, they were brought back to everybody’s attention for their healing powers. These frequencies induce movements of consciousness that will help stimulate new changes that are necessary for individuals who would like to achieve awakening. The frequencies are the following: ★ 396 Hertz: DO. It is usually related to guilt and fear, and how they can suppress other emotions as well. It is associated with the color red. ★ 417 Hertz: RE. It is usually related to past trauma and negativity and the willingness to change. This frequency can help you to recognize those past traumas that are no longer valuable in your life. It is associated with the color orange. ★ 528 Hertz: MI. It is usually related to DNA, peace of mind and clarity. This frequency will help you heal and remove any sickness you may have. It is associated with the color yellow. ★ 639 Hertz: FA. It is usually related to Interpersonal relationships. This frequency will help you heal those difficult relationships you still have from the past while also reconnecting with those who are valuable in your present. It is associated with the color green. ★ 741 Hertz: SOL. It is usually related to the emotional stability you are looking for. This frequency will help you solve any problems you may have in your life. It is associated with the color blue. ★ 852 Hertz: LA. It is usually related to the views of oneself and the universe. It requires open space in order to allow intuition to come in. It is associated with the color indigo. ★ 963 Hertz: SI. it is usually related to the feeling of oneness. It means awakening and interconnected to the universe. This frequency helps you to reconnect with yourself. It is associated with the color purple. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ancient civilizations from all areas of the world seemed to use music as therapy, in all of its forms. The greeks used flutes or lyres, the Mesopotamians used the harp, or the Incas used the flutes (or quena as they are traditionally known). It is quite impressive the value that ancient civilizations would give to the power of music. How to get the best from the Solfeggio Frequencies? 7 Simple Ways to Stay Productive whilst Working from Home | Free Printout! - Little Silver LiningHello, my lovely journalists! As we experience these strange and difficult times, I realise how important it is to continue to be productive, set our own personal targets, and still work towards a sense of achievement as we go about our daily tasks. Working from home has now become a reality for so many of us and the novelty of it (for me anyway) has definitely started to wear off! I sometimes feel really cooped up, and it can be difficult to maintain a sense of purpose when each and everyday, you see and do the same things! So, how do we combat this? Well in this post I want to give you some tips that you can try to stay both POSITIVE and PRODUCTIVE! I’m a big believer in taking productivity and self care hand in hand so my advice here should help you both feel good about your work and your plans, but also should have you feeling good about your self and help you with your self care routine! I want to help you out as much as I possibly can so I’ve created a new FREE daily planner printout just for YOU! To get instant access to this download and our ENTIRE resource library CLICK HERE! If you already have access to our library click on the IMAGE BELOW! Let’s get started… 1. Wake Up Right! To make sure you make the most out of your days at home, it’s so important to wake up right! By that I mean doing things that will put you in a positive and relaxed mood, giving you the tools you need to take on the day! Part of my morning routine ALWAYS includes having a nice cuppa in the morning by the window and reading my book for 20 minutes. It’s such a nice thing to do and gives me a sense of calm before I start my day! Some other things you might consider are taking 10 minutes to do some yoga, meditation, or a quick workout. And always take some time to reflect on the day ahead of you, what are you looking forward to doing or completing? This is a spread that I have in my bullet journal which I’ve filled with some of the things I like to do every morning to put myself in the right frame of mind! For me, one of the most important things I need to do is to get my body MOVING! Working at home we spend so much time sitting still, so I like to do some yoga in the morning to wake up and get myself moving! Take a look through the spread above and see if any of these ideas would help you. What do you like to do when you wake up in the morning? 2. Getting Dressed So this tip might sound super obvious and simple… obviously everyday when you wake up, you are going to put clothes on, right?! Knowing that you are working from home, not going out, or leaving the house, it can be tempting to stay in your pjs ALL DAY! Hey, that might work for you! But for me, in order to be productive, I need to feel like I have a routine and that I’m getting ready! So if you feel like you’re not getting anything done, try creating some sort of routine. For me, that is getting up, having a shower, and putting on an outfit so I look more human! I don’t mean putting on anything fancy – for me it’s usually just leggings and a jumper – but I promise you, you’ll notice a difference in your motivation as soon as you start giving yourself some time to GET READY! 3. Create your Workspace It can be so tempting when you’re working from home, to take your laptop and plonk yourself down on your sofa or even your bed… this will NOT help your productivity and will like effect your positivity and motivation. So set yourself up for success… create a workspace! You don’t need to have an entire room but make sure you have a quiet space where you can create some sort of a desk. I converted my dressing table into a desk – it was really simple, I just cleared everything setup my laptop alongside my notebook and pens, added a nice smelling candle (I love these and it makes me want to sit in that space!) and hey presto! Work space created! Think about an area of your house or apartment where you can set up a make shift office. I went for a space with a window right in front of me so that I have lots of light! Think about what you want in your space – light, plants, lots of space – whatever it is, find it and then create your ideal workspace! 4. Set your working hours Next, set yourself clear working hours. If you are working for an organisation then these hours will likely be 9-5 but if you have more flexibility, think about what times of the day you are most productive. Create a schedule to make the most of that! You know what works best for you – how much work do you want to do in the morning, or the afternoon? Play to your strengths and just watch how much more work you get done! Here is an example of a rough schedule I made myself in April, it was really useful, helped me break up my day, and kept me on task! 5. Schedule Breaks! So, we’ve started our day right, got dressed, and created a killer work space and schedule! Productivity – check! We need to think about our wellbeing as well! For me, I am most productive when I have taken time for myself. So schedule in your breaks! When are you going to pause and what do you want to do with that time? Journal, read, yoga, walk, listen to music, sleep? Think about some of your favourite self care practices and plan them into your day! Even if it’s just watching TV for half an hour to break up your afternoon – do that! Alongside scheduling your self care breaks, you must, must, MUST remember to take time for lunch! DO NOT eat your lunch in front of your laptop! Leave your workspace, take an hour or half an hour whatever you can, and have a nice relaxing lunch! Breaks are a MUST! 6. Using Plans & Lists I am a planner, I love lists, and anything that I can create that will keep me organised! Bullet journaling is perfect for this! I love creating different plan and list templates to keep me on task! Using these daily or weekly can really help your productivity! Not only is it a great way of making sure you get everything done that you need to – I forget everything if it isn’t written down! – but I also get an amazing sense of satisfaction every time I tick something off my list! It makes me want to get as much done as I can and I get a great sense of satisfaction at the end of the day looking back over everything I’ve achieved! To help you out I’ve created a PRINTOUT daily planner template just for you! CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR FREE PRINTOUT! 7. Stay Connected! This is possibly THE MOST important tip for keeping your sanity whilst working from home! It is so important to keep in touch with friends, family, and loved ones! Schedule in weekly coffee catchups, or weekly quizzes online, phone that friend that you haven’t spoken to in years, tag that friend in a funny meme you’ve seen on facebook! These little actions help you stay in contact and will be massively helpful not only to you, but to your friends and family as well! We all need our loved ones right now so stay as connected as you can! If you schedule in a catchup, it will also give you something to look forward to in your working week! Having incentives, whether it’s breaks or the chance to speak with your friends, will keep you motivated and inspired to be productive! These are my 7 top tips for staying productive whilst working from home! I hope you found it useful and that you put some of these ideas into practice! Let’s keep working towards our own personal development! George Frideric Handel - Music for the Royal FireworksGeorge Frideric Handel's "Music for the Royal Fireworks" (1749), composed at the behest of King George II of Great Britain for the great fireworks display celebrating the signing of the peace of Aix-la-Chapelle, which concluded the War of the Austrian Succession on October 18, 1748. 0:00 Ouverture 8:24 Bourrée 9:55 La paix 13:42 La Réjouissance 17:25 Minuet I & II (Performed by the English Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Raymond Leppard.) The terms of the treaty were largely negotiated between the Kingdom of Great Britain and the Kingdom of France, with the other powers, chief among them Austria, Prussia and Spain, following their lead. The treaty affirmed the right of Austrian Empress Maria Theresa to the Habsburg thrones and recognized the gains of the rising Kingdom of Prussia, which had, with France and Spain, opposed the Habsburg monarchy and Great Britain. Although the position of Britain in the struggle was arguably less than paramount, it was decided that a great public fireworks celebration should be conducted to commemorate the peace. Handel composed his "Music for the Royal Fireworks" after being commissioned to provide "suitable music" for this celebration, to be held on April 27, 1749 in London in Green Park, by St. James's. The "Music for the Royal Fireworks" was first performed publicly six days before the great fireworks display, on April 21, 1749, when a full rehearsal of the music was held at Vauxhall Gardens. However, Handel himself objected to this performance. It is assumed his objection was due to logistics, but was more due to his promise to repeat the music for a charity concert at the Foundling Hospital four weeks after the main display. The Vauxhall performance was publicly advertised, and would thus be widely attended, so Handel feared it would lessen interest in subsequent performances. At any rate, over twelve thousand people, each paying two shillings and six pence, rushed en-masse for the Vauxhall rehearsal, causing a three-hour traffic jam. The Westminster Bridge was closed for subsidence repairs, so London Bridge was severely overcrowded. Carriages were forced across with great inconvenience, and there were reports of scuffles among the footmen. The rehearsal itself was accompanied by an 18 cannon salute, conducted with powder that had been delivered in a batch of 36 pounds. Against George II's wishes, Handel insisted upon including strings in the orchestra for the main celebration. Renowned designer Florentine Servandoni was summoned to construct what was dubbed an enormous "machine" as the centerpiece. A great wood and canvas structure measuring over 400 feet long and 100 feet high, it was constructed in the manner of "a magnificent Doric Temple" and executed in the trompe-l'oeil style. It was complete with a triumphal arch topped with a grand Sun, bearing the latin epigraph "VIVAT REX" in letters of "bright fire" which were to burn for five hours. The structure featured impressive side pavilions and elaborate decoration. On the great day, the King and his entourage toured the "machine," presenting purses to its operatives while the entire band played, commencing at 6 o'clock. The beginning of the fireworks display went well enough, as "The Gentleman's Magazine" vol. 19 (April, 1749), describes: "At half an hour after eight, the works were begun by a single rocket from before the library, then the cannon within the chevaux de frize were fired...101 pieces of cannon placed on Constitution-hill, were discharged; after which a great number of rockets of different sorts, balloons, &c. were discharged, to surprising perfection." However, catastrophe ensued when the great "machine" misfired and burst into intense flame. The left pavilion of the structure was most affected, and according to the "Description II" of the celebration, published afterwards, the contrivance "burnt with great Fury." Two of the arches smoldered to the ground, and the whole building was only saved when carpenters cast away another two arches and fire engines were brought in to suppress the flames. The stress was apparently great, because another misfortune followed when Florentine Servandoni threw a tantrum and drew his sword on Charles Frederick, Comptroller of the event. Servandoni was imprisoned but released the next day after tendering his apologies. In the end, the great sun, "32 feet in Diameter," the literal high-light of the arrangement, survived the disaster to fulfill expectations. Handel's orchestration begins with an Overture suited for the royal progress across St. James's park, the middle portion of which relaxes and turns toward B minor. Then, a Bourrée for woodwind and string follows, moving into a siciliano entitled "La Paix," which splendidly reflects the eighteenth-century view of peace as a country pastorale. The piece then moves to the brilliant and varied "Réjouissance," and finally, is concluded with two Minuets, finishing off the music in an august atmosphere.
