It might not be the right place for most of you. But many are still struggling to achieve their weight goals. Be it increase it or to reduce it. So if you are the one, fighting every now and then to gain weight the right way, then you must read this blog till the end. Though it is very easy to gain weight by non-vegetarian diet chart, it might not be a good option for all the vegans out there. Being a vegetarian, I decided to write about weight gain by following a veg diet because I myself follow to have them in my meals to maintain my weight.

Ingredients : kit-kat chocolates (according to the number of glasses you going to make, consider one small kit-kat for a single glass) Grated sugar Milk Vanilla ice cream coffee powder (I used Nescafe) Hershey’s syrup Ice-cubes Additional Add-ins : Cocoa-powder Any other ice cream(apart from vanilla) Instructions : Take a grinder and add one glass of milk. To milk, add sticks of kit-kat chocolate, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 5 tablespoons of Hershey’s syrup. Shake them first before adding other ingredients. After that add vanilla ice-cream just to add a thick consistency. To that add 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and ice-cubes for a final shimmering. Pour the delightful kit-kat shake into the shake glasses and serve chilled. Presentation : It’s the last step and of course, the most important one is the garnishing. Before pouring into the glasses you can decorate the glasses with Hershey’s syrup. Add a stick of kit-kat and you can put some ice cream on the top of the glass top, serve it with a spoon and a straw and some crushed brownie to give it a tempting touch up.
