10 MINUTES OF HELL SERIES | Day 1: Extreme chest workout for massHi Guys, I’m back with another workout video.In this video. I’ll be showing you how to work out on your chest (best chest workout for mass) when you have no time for workouts. These particular exercises for chest will help you reach your goals faster. We are starting with a HELL series which is a combination of exercises that’ll give you result by doing it for 10 minutes daily. These are high-intensity workout which will develop your body. So here are two quick chest building workouts. Mass builder Hypertrophy workout All we need is a cross cable machine. As you guys know we have 3 heads in our chest one is Upper, Middle, and Lower so we will be hitting all three in just workout. This will be with heavy weights with three different positions. We start with lower, middle and then with upper chest for at least 10 sets altogether. Note: Please maintain your form guys while doing this exercise. This is going to be very heavy so guys please take weights accordingly. Next exercise will be for isolation which will add definition to our chest. You guys need to keep focus so that it affects your chest, Squeeze your muscles so that you hit your Upper, Middle and Lower chest constantly during this workout.
